Problème connexion sur un seul PC

Bonjour.

J'ai un problème concernant mon ordinateur et les Freebox. Sur un autre PC ou même sur mon téléphone portable je n'ai aucun problème de connexion. C'est assez rapide. Cependant, avec mon PC personnel j'ai une très très mauvaise connexion (50ko/s environ) et cela seulement avec ce PC ci. Cela doit venir des Freebox en géneral, j'avais déjà ce problème avec mon ancienne Freebox. J'ai eu une Livebox entre temps et je n'ai jamais eu ce problème.

Auriez vous un moyen pour remédier à cela ? Merci.

ce PC utilise quoi comme connexion ? Wifi, CPL ou Ethernet ?

les drivers sont à jours ?

Quelqu'un d'autre utilisent la Freebox dans le logement ?
Pas d'enregistrement en cours ?

Je me connecte en Wifi mais en Ethernet ça à l'air d'être la même chose. C'est légèrement plus rapide.

J'ai mis à jour tous mes drivers oui et je suis le seul à me connecter sur la Freebox. Aucun enregistrement en cours, ni de TV d'allumé.

Il est en tout cas évident que le problème vient du PC si le soucis n'apparait avec aucun autre appareil.

Je ne pense pas que mon ordi soit infecté puisque je l'ai formaté à plusieurs reprises. Le souci est toujours le même, avec toutes les connexions Free. Sur un autre réseau, tout est nickel. Que ce soit avec cette Freebox ou l'ancienne, avant que je déménage, ça ne change rien.

Surement un problème de paramètre entre mon PC et la Freebox ? Ou une compatibilité matérielle ?

Et quand tu lances un téléchargement sur test-debit.free.fr tu obtiens quoi?

Les ping réagissent comment ? (cmd dans le menu rechercher -> ping free.fr ou ping Google.fr)

Un autre PC navigue correctement c'est ça?

Si tu désactives pare-feu et antivirus ça va mieux ou pas?

Le test débit est très très long avec le DL à 1 Go, je fais du 60ko/s de moyenne..

En ping j'obtiens :
Minimum = 26ms, Maximum = 33ms , Moyenne = 29ms

Même chose avec tout de désactivé. Et oui tout fonctionne très bien via d'autres PC ou mon téléphone (1mo/s).

il faudra faire un test en changeant de canal Wifi et en proximité de la box.
Regarder coté antivirus/firewall, le désactiver pour faire un test également.

Oui mais apparemment en Ethernet c'est la même. En tout cas la box est pas en cause puisque d'autres appareils fonctionnent. Si ça chie en Wifi effectivement faut changer la config (stopper le canal secondaire etc), si ça chie en Ethernet faudrait savoir si c'est un portable avec carte intégrée (Realtek, atheros ?) et si c'est un PC fixe de quand date la carte réseau et si y a pas genre une liaison en 10mbs au lieu de 100 ou 1000....
