Hello! I know this is not normal. Im Portuguese and i realy dont know how To speak french.
I Live in Perpignan. At six months ago I made a contract with Free. That contract was secured Internet, TV and téléphone. Everything always went well, television has always fine, and the Internet fine has well .
Since 21 JANUARY, my Internet does not take more than 30 min To go Down... Worse, if I use the Internet on the PC and on the television, in 5 min, all goes Down.
I do not know what's going on! First I thought it was a internal problem ... So I waited. In the next day the problem remained.
Today is January 27. Everything is equal.
Can someone tell me if it's a problem on the servers? If the problem is mine?

Haha, no am joking, your ASDL-line or your box is sick, your Upload is really broken, it leads To the multiple disconnections of the Freebox, you should open a "ticket d'incident" with the 3244 (ask a friend who speaks french To do it, it's Free To call from a Free Mobile or deskphone), or contact the helpdesk : click here, a technician should and will be sent To you. _________________ Équipe Free Infrastructure - Ne répond pas aux messages privés non-sollicités

Well, ty... I guess i will ask some help To a friend To do that "ticket d'incident"! And Vodka is great. In Portugal we drink more Vodka than russians

Looks like it could be a heat issue.. Did you check temperatures? Is the fan running? Is your box a V6 or a Mini 4K? Probably defective..
