Coupure son blu ray Freebox Revolution

Bonjour,

J'ai acheté ce we un blu ray musical. Lorsque je le met j'ai beaucoup de micro coupures de son d'une seconde.
Mon câble HDMI a une dizaine d'années. Ma télé n'est pas 4K.

D'où cela peut-il provenir ? Faut-il un câble HDMI plus récent ?

Une anomalie collective concernant le son sur les BluRay est en cours sur les Player TV Revolution,
Le souci a été identifié et il sera résolu lors d'une prochaine mise à jour du Player

Le réglage indiqué par le support Free n'a pas résolu.
D'autres personnes ont également signalé l'anomalie.
Le problème est en cours d'analyse en vue d'une prochaine mise à jour du lecteur.

Des brèves coupures de son lors de la lecture d'un Blu-ray sont très probablement dues à un mauvais contact avec un câble HDMI ancien ou à une connexion défectueuse entre le lecteur et le téléviseur. Le souci peut venir du Blu-ray, du lecteur ou du câble HDMI.
Testez un autre disque et un autre câble HDMI pour vérifier.

Ça ressemble plus à un problème de décodage audio ou de lecteur Blu-ray qu’à un souci HDMI, surtout si le câble a déjà été testé.
Il faudrait essayer un autre Blu-ray, puis tester les réglages audio du Player : stéréo au lieu de Dolby/DTS, désactiver le passthrough, et redémarrer complètement le Player.
Si le problème ne se produit qu’avec les Blu-ray, le lecteur de la Revolution est peut-être en cause.
